Everything Melody's current production time is 15 business days. This time frame includes the creation of your couture piece/pieces and shipping. Patch & Craft orders ship within 48 hours after purchase. Craft order pick ups will also be available 48 hours after purchase. Please Allow 7 to 10 Business Days For The Delivery Of Patch & Craft Items.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 
Our approximate ship times will always be listed on our home page at the time you place your order. Please be aware of this time when you order. Production times DO NOT include holidays or weekends. NO REFUNDS will be given due not being aware of our current production times.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I take pride in making high quality boutique items. I inspect every item before shipping to make sure it is in perfect condition. Due to items being custom made to your specifications, I do not allow for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after you have placed your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Once I ship your order and provide a tracking number, Everything Melody is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged mail due to postal services. As a courtesy to clients shipping first class or priority mail delivery confirmation is included with your shipping if you desire insurance for your order please message me before completing your order. 

WILL MY ITEM BE EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO? 
The purpose of my work is to make something that is virtually the same, look different every single time I make it. I take pride in making couture One Of A Kind pieces. Your child's piece would virtually be unique, her own very special piece, created simply with her in mind. Upon your request, I can try my best to make an exact duplicate, however, embellishments or colors may be out of stock or discontinued. In that case, I will make sure that your item still looks great with a similar color, style, or embellishment. If I feel that it is a significant change, I will notify you through the email you provided at checkout.

Yes! I absolutely love custom orders!!  

WILL PHOTOS OF MY ORDER BE POSTED? 
YES! Everything Melody reserves the right to post photos of ALL work completed. I respect my customers so I will not post photos of work if the customer has not received the order. When submitting photos of your Princess or Prince wearing an Everything Melody creation please be aware that they can/will be used for marketing or on social media for the promotion of Everything Melody. DO NOT SUBMIT PHOTOS IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE W/ THIS! Submissions of photos waives any rights to the photos submitted.

My items are novelty items. I strictly use non toxic glue for the safety of our clients!!! All of the rhinestones & embellishments placed on our garments are glued by hand and are secured well but I cannot guarantee that any of the rhinestones will not come off. I recommend that our items be used with adult supervision and that if you see your child picking at or chewing on the rhinestones to discontinue use. Sliders can be a choking hazard.
